RENT:
Single person: $260 per week per room, including utilities
Couple: $390 per week including utilities
Bond: 2 weeks’ rent in advance per room

I’m ideally looking for working professionals who are clean, respectful, considerate, reliable and easy-going.
Having had my girls recently leave home, I’m looking forward to having some lovely people around the house again — so I’m hoping to find the right people who will fit naturally into the home.
It’s a peaceful, chill, happy home where you can come back after work, relax and feel comfortable, not a party house.
I’d love to find people who appreciate having a clean, calm and welcoming home, and who are looking for somewhere they can genuinely settle into for the longer term.
