Room description
Hi everyone! We have three rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in howick ✨
First room is $220pw, it has a large double wardrobe with sliding doors and a panel heater built into the wall. This room has double doors to the deck where you get your own little balcony section 🪴
Second room is $220pw, it has a large double wardrobe with inbuilt shelving, and a panel heater built into the wall. This room gets a lot of sunlight and has double doors to the deck where you can have your own little balcony section as well!
Third room (smaller room) is $200pw, it also has a large double wardrobe with in built shelving, also has a panel heater built into the wall.
The bathroom is a good size and would be shared with 3 people, it also has our laundry unit, where we have our washing machine.
We have a lovely outside area with a large deck and heaps of space to relax in summer. Also is equipped with a pizza oven!
Each room comes with an off street park + there is plenty of road parking :)
Bonus if you are a cat person as my 17yo cat chino lives here and she loves people and cuddles 🐱
Expenses/bills are split as they come in, works out to roughly 25pw. The house has solar panels which makes power a lot more affordable!
Bond is 4 weeks rent + 1 week of rent in advance.
