This secret haven has existed for over 100 years, it's been able to be the best-kept secret in Epsom/Newmarket as its uniquely large footprint is surrounded by New Zealand's most beautiful flora.
If you need to be in the heart of Auckland for your all-encompassing role and dream of a quiet, spacious and private space, be it inside or outside to have as your base or call home for at least the next 6-12 months, this is the place for you.
As you choose to spend your time either reading in the library or downstairs soaking in the afternoon sun, or perhaps in the study working, looking out at the ocean view or your homegrown vegetable garden, you've challenged yourself with. There are endless indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy your own company or that of your flatmates or close friends you've invited over for a modest get-together.
You'll share this space with someone who comes from a family of artists and entrepreneurs, though I am not one of the artists. I have a deep appreciation for art and an immense curiosity and creativity for business, reflecting a career of leadership and management roles.

Queen Room01 Master bedroom, (Upstairs) $550 per week single, inc ensuite and car park.
Queen Room 02 (Downstairs) $500 per week single, inc a car park and ensuite bathroom.
Optional Exclusive study $75 per week
Shared use: Large Kitchen, Laundry, Living and Dining spaces
Shared expenses: Water, Power, Internet
