📍 Location • approx. 10 min walk to Half Moon Bay Marina (ferry to Auckland CBD) ⛴️ • 5 min drive to local shopping centre with supermarkets, cafés, gyms and other services 🛒☕ • Eastern Beach approx. 20–25 min walk / 5 min drive 🌊 • quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and lots of privacy 🌿
