I have a fully furnished room with its own private ensuite available in my home in Bayview.

Nestled in a sunny position, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and native bush to the south, the house offers a peaceful and private setting, tucked away from the road while remaining very accessible.
📍 Location: Anne McLean Drive, Bayview, North Shore
* Bus stop just 3–5 minutes’ walk away, with direct connections to Auckland CBD.
* Around 30 minutes to Victoria Park by bus.
* Just a few minutes from Glenfield Mall.
* Close to local schools, swimming pools, gyms and beautiful bush reserves.
* Easy access to major motorways.

* Fully furnished with a king-size bed and a study/work desk.
* Private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
* Located on a separate level from the kitchen, living area and the other three bedrooms, offering extra privacy.
* Private entrance with direct access to the bedroom.

* Fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas.
* Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher
* Double-glazed windows.
* Plenty of off-street parking.
* Quiet and peaceful setting, tucked away at the end of a driveway.
* This is a relaxed home, not a party house.
* Sorry, no pets.
💰 Rent: $270 per week + shared bills (Power, water and unlimited internet fibre).
Move-in costs: 2 weeks’ bond + 1 week rent in advance.
👋 A little about us
I’m a French mum and have been living in NZ for over 10 years. I work full-time in the CBD and have two children aged 6 and 9 who stay with me around half the time.
I enjoy cooking, baking, board games and the occasional karaoke session! I’m respectful, tidy and easy-going. I value personal space but also enjoy sharing a meal, a chat or a drink from time to time.
I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable and at home here, while respecting everyone’s space and privacy.
