The bathroom is spacious and shared with only one other room.
The home is calm, private, and well-kept — ideal for someone who values comfort and peace. The kitchen–dining area has gas cooking, instant gas hot water, and indoor–outdoor flow to a deck, green lawn, and quiet garden. You’re welcome to join in planting herbs and greens. No smoking or vaping.
Location is excellent: close to Farro, Pak’nSave, Woolworths, cafés, restaurants, bus stops, and just 3 minutes to Newmarket. Easy access to the city and Mission Bay.
