We have 2 upstairs bedrooms (choice of large & small) becoming available in our spacious, calm home in West Auckland (after 15 January 2026). This is a place best suited to someone who values warmth, respect, and a peaceful shared environment.

You’ll be sharing:

A generous living, dining, and kitchen space

A beautifully renovated bathroom

Two toilets

Location:

We’re located on the border of Ranui, with Henderson and Swanson just a 3–5 minute walk away.

If you love the West Coast, you’ll appreciate that the stunning black-sand beaches and surf spots are only 15 minutes’ drive away.

350m to the nearest bus stop ~15-minute walk (1.7km) to the train station

We’re on a cul-de-sac street

Amenities Everything you need is close by:

5–10 minutes’ drive to Lincoln Road (supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants) 10 minutes to WestCity Mall, Henderson Mega Centre, gyms, pools, cinemas, and more Convenient, without feeling busy or crowded.

The Rooms (both upstairs):

Large bedroom Light, spacious, and peaceful Rent: $200/week + $35 expenses

Small room Rent: $165/week + $35 expenses

Both Rooms are:

Available immediately

Unfurnished, but furniture hire available at $10/week if needed

Additional Weekly Expenses:

$35 Covers everything except your personal food and toiletries: Power, water, internet Rubbish and household supplies Shared kitchen and dining equipment General cleaning essentials

Move-in Costs:

1 week’s rent + expenses in advance

Bond: 3 weeks’ rent
