I) OUR NEWLY BUILT HOME, SPREADS INTO THREE FLOORS, Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3. WITH 6 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHS AND TWO LOUNGES, LARGE KITCHEN , DOUBLE GARAGE, DECK ON EACH LEVEL 1 & 2.

Our home is in Glen Eden, Auckland, and is in close proximity to Henderson, New Lynn, Pt Chevalier, Avondale, Mount Roskill, Mount Albert, UNITEC to name a few). It’s a quiet area with plenty of in house parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right inside our house boundary. And very nicely connected by train with city. Just 7 minutes walk from Glen Eden Railway Station to our home.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CLEAN, HONEST NON-SMOKERS - PROFESSIONALS, WHO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE INDEPENDENT ROOMS, TOTAL PRIVACY, AND WOULD SHARE KITCHEN/KITCHENETTE.

1.0) Level 1- HAS DOUBLE GARAGE, KITCHEN - LOUNGE - DINING, AND THREE BED ROOMS, WITH TWO TOILETS INCLUDING EN-SUITE TOILET. HAS ONE GUEST ROOM WITH ATTACHED TOILET. - Single Occupancy $300.00 - $350.00 P/W.

2.0) Level 2 - HAS TWO DOUBLE BED ROOMS, LOUNGE AND KITCHENETTE, WITH SHARED TOILET/MODERN BATH, BETWEEN TWO. [RESERVED FOR FLATMATES ONLY]. - Single Occupancy $250 - $300.00 P/W.

2.1) Level 2 - HAS MASTER BED ROOM, WITH WALKING WARDROBE & EN-SUITE. [RESERVED FOR FLATMATES / COUPLES / GUESTS ETC]. neg. for long term stay. - Single Occupancy - $400.00 - $450.00 P/W. Couples negotiable.

3.0) LEVEL 3 - INDEPENDENT, HAS ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH LIVING, KITCHENETTE / KITCHEN & DINING, EN -SUITE TOILET. [GOOD FOR COUPLE, singles welcome] - Available NOW, welcome inquiries. - Single Occupancy $450.00 p/w and we provide world class facilities. Negotiable for couples, or for long term stay, one year or more. Presently not available until Mar' 2024.

4.1) RENT PAID WEEKLY / FORTNIGHTLY IN ADVANCE,

4.2) INCLUDES Bed, mattress, POWER, WATER, WASHING, DRIER, WIFI & GAS FOR HEATING & COOKING.

5.1) Like-minded 2 or 3 professionals/students/new immigrants/ new holiday work visa can live as flatmates with utility bills INCLUDED. More when you send an inquiry or come and have viewing, no obligation.

Although we prefer long term flatmates, but we do take short term, if his or her term is known at joining us.

5.2) We had flatmates from different countries, just to mention few: Singapore, India, UK, USA, Canada, Jordon, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Germany, Switzerland, Philippines, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Nepal and Malaysia. All came as strangers, but became part of our extended family and keep us in touch from time to time once they have gone back to home countries/or those who are settled here.

5.3) We have presently tenants, from India & Flatmates from UK, France, Czech Republic and Malaysia.

5.4) We have local shops nearby and public transportation (Bus and Train Station at a walking distance from home as well. The room is furnished with double or queens bed, table & chair, with wardrobe.

5.5) Electricity, Cooking Gas, Water Usage, Washing and Wi-Fi included in rent. Other utilities like food are not included. Your cut will be about $250.00 per week plus utilities.

5.6) My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

6.1) I am looking for professionals coming from overseas, local or new immigrants, as we have traveled quite a lot, and could share our memories of our days spent in different parts of the world, whether on holiday or study or working expatriate assignments.

6.2) Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay to four to six months or even more although we are open for short & long term if dates are booked well in advance, a non smoker, and not to noisy. Just to let you know, we have one flatmate from overseas who has just completed her 5 years stay with us. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.

7.1) If you have viewed our room, house, it may be a good gesture if you could drop a line either way. We welcome all criticisms, and on the same note it's very hard for HOSTS to know what you want as most of advertisements on the web site do not indicate what location you are looking?

8.1) Our 4 Bed room House is rented / leased until Mar' 2025, will be available from Apr' 2024. We can arrange viewing and discuss with new incumbents, with either flatmates or new tenants around Jan' 24/Feb'24.

9.1) No pets, No smoking, No wheelchair access.

10.1) We will provide: Bed, Couch, TV, DVD player, Unlimited Internet, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Clothes drier, Bath.

11.1) We are looking for: Male or Female, Age 20-60, Working, No special diet, Straight.
