Room description
Hi. Gadsby lodge operates a bit like a large flat. Please complete your profile before contacting us.
Gadsby Lodge is a 75 bedroom residential Lodge located at 59 Gadsby Rd. It is set in large park like grounds. It was originally the nurses quarters for the mental hospital complex.
There are large communal spaces including kitchen, dining room, computer area and lounge with a large TV and Sky. All of the bathroom facilities have been recently refurbished there are 10 showers and 13 toilets which is plenty for the number of residents.
We have a double room available now for $250 per week for 1 person or $300 for a couple.
The room has just been refurbished with new paint, carpet, curtains etc. It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, draws, chair, 32 inch TV and a fridge freezer, etc.
The rent includes power, water, phone (toll bar), and internet access
Smoking is outside only and a couple of sheltered areas are available for this.
We are looking for long term tenants. No short stays.
Furnishings:
The communal spaces are all furnished and each room has its own furniture, fridge freezer and TV.
Parking:
Parking lot and Street depending on numbers you might get one or the other.
Ideal Flatmate:
Mature person who is clean, tidy and gets on with others. Long term tenants are desirable
