Hey future housemate
We are now looking for housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom townhouse in New Lynn.
We are 2 female working professionals in our mid 20s to early 30s who work full time. We like to socialise together from time to time and enjoy a good family movie night or a trip to the beach and appreciate when each other want to chill in their room. We are not a party house but enjoy the occasional drink together here and there.
The room can easily fit all the essentials and gets plenty of sun during the day, the room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. Double or Queen bed fits.
We are 5 min drive from New Lynn Mall, train station and shops. Quick access to the highway, we have a dairy, cafe and laundrette a few seconds walk from the house. We also have on street parking and 1 car port.
We are looking for someone who works full time, is clean and tidy, respectful and has a great sense of humour. We are open to couples too.
The room is available from 20th June 2026.
Move in costs: $460 bond required and x1 weeks rent in advance = $690
