Yo! I’m looking for a place to rent or a flat that suits a creative, low-key lifestyle. I work from my room producing music and making digital content. This means I sometimes listen to music through speakers and record or talk on mic, so good privacy and understanding flatmates are important to me. I’m very respectful with volume and timing, and happy to communicate around noise !
I don’t go out too often and am not a partier, but im down to hangout. I like having a clean space and do my part to keep things in order. I also have a car so off street or safe parking is ideal
