Current flatmate decided to move in with his GF. So we now have a fantastic double bedroom available in our three-level townhouse, perfect for someone who values both comfort and convenience.

Your flatmates:
Current flatmates are two men (Car Dealer, IT Support) and a girl (Nurse), all in their early/mid 30s. We are reasonably social but most of the time enjoy our private life.
We are hoping to find someone who is quite, tidy, and respectful of the common spaces.
We maintain a rolling cleaning roster for the common areas and share responsibilities for stocking up on kitchen consumables.
Our ideal flatmate:
