Friendly, respectful, clean and tidy male (18yrs). Looking for a spacious room to set up a work desk area too. Studying at AUT. If possible, a private bathroom. Cooking / dining area for making meals. Looking for being accessible to AUT, as well as the Cornwall Park area, as I work in Royal Oak a couple of days a week. I like these areas, as they are conveniently located near AUT - just a short journey by bus: Newmarket, Kohimaramara, Remuera, Epsom, Meadowbank, Ellerslie, Parnell and areas close to Auckland CBD. I am a non-smoker, no pets, easy-going. Off street parking if possible. Please get in touch.
