Swimming pool and BBQ area for residents, plenty free car park outside the complex .
Sorry no pets, couples, smokers or vapers. No parties or sleepovers.
Room : $300 , reasonable usage bills included, king single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe , small desk. You will have your own bathroom.
