Located in Te Atatu Peninsula only 2 mins walk to bus No13 and 10 mins walk to the community center where you can find library and cafe and shops. Our house is clean and tidy and you will live with two nice and friendly couples. The room is big and has a glass door access to back garden. It also comes with a built-in Wardrobe. Fully furnished. $240 for one and$270 for couple. Shared bills around 20 per person per week. Car park is available.
