Enjoy space and privacy in a peaceful Lynfield home, sharing with just one other person.
$300 per week for one bedroom, or $400 per week for your bedroom plus a second room, exclusively yours, to use as a private lounge, study, or home office.
Available now — you can move in straight away. Bond is two weeks’ rent.
A very comfortable bed (with bedding) and bedside tables are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe and storage space.
This spacious, character-filled Lockwood home has a split-level layout that provides good separation and privacy. The main bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, your room(s) are on the next level down, and the shared kitchen and lounge are below that. There is a garage with some room for storing items; a third bathroom, a washing machine, and a dryer are down there.
The downstairs bathroom is yours solely.
The home offers:

Internet is included. Power is shared equally among everyone in the house. Water is currently covered; if the LL changes that, the cost would be shared equally.
