Hi there!
We have a furnished room available in our beautiful Parnell townhouse — just a short walk from the CBD, universities, and all the great spots Parnell has to offer. It will be available late Nov/ early December!
The downstairs bedroom comes with its own toilet, and you’ll share the upstairs bathroom (complete with a shower and bath) with one other flatmate. The area is super safe and secure, with plenty of sun and lovely city views. Parking can be arranged if needed, and there’s also free off-street parking available from 6 pm – 8 am.
About us:
You’ll be sharing with a 29-year-old woman, a 35-year-old male chef, and a very cute Pomeranian! The flat vibes are immaculate — think cozy, full of books, and complete with an epic tea and coffee station.
