Room description
🌸 FLATMATE WANTED 🌸
Location: Mangere, Auckland
Rent: $250 per week (utilities not includes) $500 bond

The room is located in a free-standing house, with plenty of off-street parking. Don't have a car? No problem! The bus stop is situated four houses down. Have a car - Then great! We are incredibly close to the motorway, making it easy to get around Auckland.
The house is fully furnished - Only bring the things you need in your room! While the room does include a bed in the picture, unfortunately, this is from previous flatmates who have just moved out, and the room will be empty.
The property is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property, however we currently use the third bedroom as a craft room / run our business from it. If you need a space to set up an office for yourself outside of your bedroom, we can work something out. The main bathroom has all the usual amenities, while the second has a toilet and sink.
The house itself has recently been renovated, with new carpets, wall paint, an aircon in the lounge, a new dishwasher and stove. We are more than happy to use the lounge as your own, and enjoy the subscription services we have, as well as the gaming consoles. Since we are tech geeks as well, you know we have the best internet - Fibre 1000. Tech wise - We also have a security system with cameras on the view outside the house to make sure your car and home is safe.
The kitchen comes with all appliances, which you are more than welcome to use as your own (as long as you clean up after!). The laundry area also includes a washing machine and dryer for you to use.
We are currently working on an entertainment area outside - This includes a BBQ and firepit. We enjoy having some friends around and just having a late night fire and chat on the weekends.
The bonus about this house are pets - We both really love animals, and have a couple of different ones! Our little lady Freya is an indoors cat who really enjoys hanging out around humans. The A Rat's Tail Mischief has their own sleepout outside, and live alongside Miss Thistle (a hedgehog). We are most welcoming to pets - All exotics are a go, and small dogs and cats are depending on Freya.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The cost mentioned is just for the room itself - The bills are split equally amongst all flatmates. These bills include internet, power and water.
The room is approximately 3m by 4m, and includes a built-in wardrobe. As can be seen in the photo, it can fit in a double bed, alongside a desk. The room is not furnished at all - The bed seen in the photo will be removed by previous flatmates before move in day.
PREFERRED FLATMATE
Our ideal flatmate will be someone between 18-40 years old. We would like someone to get along well and have chats at times, but also enjoy time by themselves and their own hobbies.
We don't mind if you are single or a couple - Bills will just be split by everyone evenly. Partners are welcome to spend time overnight as well if you don't live together yet.
We prefer someone who is either studying or is working. Someone who pays their bills on time, and is tidy.
If you have pets, please be sure to introduce them as well please!
