Kia ora,
We are looking for a single person to fill a room in our lovely sunny Massey East home!
Any gender welcome, ideally around a similar age to us. No pets or smokers unfortunately.
We have a bright and spacious 2-storey, 4 bedroom home with views out to the city. We are 5-10 mins from Westgate, Northwest mall, Costco, Northwest motorway exits and a bus stop runs down our street.
The Bedroom
- Can fit a queen sized bed or a single with a large desk
- Shared bathroom with one person (separate toilet and shower)
- Built in shelving in wardrobe
- Move in date from 12th October
- Street parking
You will be living with 1 female and 3 males (twenties and thirites) all full-time working professionals. We work in education, tech and the film industry. We are into a range of things such as board games, quiz nights, music gigs, gaming, gym and all sorts. We do love to hang out together to make meals, watch movies, and have a bit of banter after work but also love to have our own space. We are all friendly, kind, and respectful! We do occasionally have friends around for games and bbq’s so would want someone keen to join in.
- Rent is $310 a week (additional $30 a week for expenses)
- Expenses cover: water, power and high speed internet, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
- Bond is $900 & one week in advance
