The room has its own private ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe, so you’ll have plenty of privacy while sharing the kitchen and living areas with just one other flatmate.
The location is ideal for students and young professionals – approximately 2 minutes’ walk to AUT and 3 minutes to the University of Auckland, with Queen Street, Albert Park, supermarkets, cafés and public transport all within easy walking distance.
The apartment has a balcony, washing machine and dryer, and is in a secure building with lift access.
Rent is $325 per week, with internet included. Power is approximately $21/week and water approximately $21/week, bringing the total weekly cost to around $367 depending on usage.
Bond: $1,300. The tenancy runs until February 2027, and the new tenant would be taking over my place for the remainder of the lease. Further details about the bond and tenancy transfer will be provided by the property manager.
You’ll be living with a friendly and respectful 25-year-old female postgraduate student who also works part-time at UoA. She enjoys badminton, stays active, and values a clean, relaxed and respectful home.
