Join our sunny peaceful home on Richard Farrell Avenue, Remuera, Auckland 1050.
Rooms are now available both Auckland University students returned home from Spain and Czech Republic:
- Single room $250 - King room $300
Work from home or non working $25 per week.
In consideration of other flat mates and our shared driveway we ask not to bring visitors into our home (except partners and immediate family).
We are friendly, extremely clean, and tidy working professionals. We value our space and privacy due to our busy schedules. Existing flat mates:
45 - Angie upskilling online business from home (Between contracts) and plays tennis and gym most evenings.
49 - Flo youth support worker and gym
Beds, draws, and desks are available in each room or bring your own.
2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance required:
- share bathroom with two others (spare toilet and shower available)
- 1 onsite parking
- expenses include power, fast Internet, and water
- can be furnished or unfurnished
- preferred flat mate, clean, tidy and drama free
