Room description

Renting out the bottom part of my house in Remuera walking distance to Remuera shops and Newmarket with good transport links. You will have the use of two bedrooms (one can be used as an office) and your own bathroom with plenty of storage. Shared spaces are the laundry (bottom floor) fully stocked kitchen and living room (top floor). House also has a double garage as well as plenty of off street parking.

Weekly expenses are around $35 per week (power, gas, water and internet)
