The house has recently been renovated and is fully double-glazed, making it warm, comfortable and energy-efficient throughout the year.
You'll have access to a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, fibre Wi-Fi, a comfortable living area, washing machine, garage/storage space and a generous backyard.
If you enjoy gardening, you're welcome to plant some flowers, herbs or vegetables and make use of the backyard.
The room is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you'd like.
