Hey! I'm a 22 year old guy looking for a room in the Albany area. I've just started a new job nearby so I'm looking to move within the next month or so.
I'm pretty easy to live with. I work regular hours, keep shared spaces clean, and don't smoke. I'm happy to hang out with flatmates but also totally cool doing my own thing, so no pressure either way.
Looking for something with bills included, ideally around $250/wk and up to $300/wk max. No car at the moment so somewhere with decent bus access would be a bonus.
