The Space: A sunny 2-bedroom house with a spacious kitchen and a lounge area.
Outdoors: Nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Heaps of free street parking.
The Room Details: Fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, working desk, and drawers. Gets great natural light.
Rent: $250 per week. Expenses: Split cost (Electricity, the Internet, and Cleaning supplies)
Move-in Cost: $1,250 (4 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance).
