The room for rent is in good condition, just waiting for someone to use it, you will have your own bathroom which has the washing machine and dryer included (to be shared) otherwise the room is perfect for a single bed although it can also accommodate a double/queen size bed, living with us you will have access to the gym and a swimming pool (currently in renovation) and you will also have access to an outside deck, the location is extremely close to Woolworths, the motorway and is also close to Britomart.
