Looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home on the North Shore? We have a furnished room available in our lovely 4-bedroom house — ideal for a tidy, full-time working professional. (Preferably female)
The Room
• Furnished with a double bed, drawers, and cupboard space.
• Rent: $230 per week
• Bond: $460 (2 weeks rent)
• Expenses: approx. $50–70/month (power & water, shared between 4)
• Available from 23rd May.

About the House
You’ll be living with three easygoing females in their mid-20s, plus three very sweet cats (Tiger, Bean & Smokey). We enjoy our own space and value a calm, respectful home environment. This isn’t a party house.
