Room description

One flatmate moved closer to work and another is heading back home soon, so we have two rooms available in our friendly flat located in Mission Heights/Flat Bush.

Room A - Available now | $230 p/w incl bills

👉 Upstairs room that gets the morning sun! It’s a good size room that has a built-in double wardrobe, comfortably fits a queen bed, drawers and desk.

Room B: Available 4th May (earlier by arrangement) | $231 p/w incl bills.

👉 Only room downstairs. It is slightly bigger, includes a built-in double wardrobe, comfortably fits a queen bed, drawers and desk. The current flatmate even fits a portable walking pad in there!

🛁 Both rooms share a bathroom with only one other person. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails.

💡 Expenses include power, water, unlimited fibre internet, lawns, cleaning products and gas (no more cold showers!). Bond for each room is $720.

👥 ABOUT US 👥

Four working professionals (3 F, 1 M) in our early 30s. We’re social but also value our own space/downtime. We enjoy a good chat, tv show/movie nights and flat hangs every now and then (not a party flat). A rotating cleaning roster is in place to keep things clean.

Bonus: the house comes with two friendly cats, Spyro and Felix 🐈‍⬛

Someone in their late 20s - mid 30s who is working (ideally Mon-Fri, no night shifts), has previous flatting experience, and is clean, friendly and keen to stay long term.

No smokers, couples or additional pets

Fully furnished with two heat pumps (great for winter), a large living room area, laundry, and a large kitchen with a big double oven & lots of kitchen appliances. The yard has plenty of grass/concrete areas and 4 decks so you’re spoilt for choice on where to chill out.

Street parking is available. The house is close to gyms, shops, bus stops, lots of takeaway options and is a short drive to the motorway.
