A VERY spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardobe.

- Queen-sized bed and mattress (only 10-month old),
- Brand new mattress cover,
- Desk and chair,
- Bedside table,
- Heat pump/air conditioner.
Pets are acceptable.
The house is loacted in The Gardens area of South Auckland. Within walking distance of the beautiful Auckland Botanic Garden.
In a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Zone for the renowned The Gardens Primary School (decile rating 10 according to Google AI search result as of 05/04/26).
VERY close to motoways - only 2-minute drive from the motorway SH1, and 3-minute from SH20.
5-minute drive from Manukau City Centre.
Currently there are four people living in this lovely 5-bedroom house:
The landlords/owners of the house are a couple of professionals working in the fields of education and health.
There are also two other persons living in the house at the moment, but one of them will move out soon.
There is also a friendly and quiet Labrador dog who is well trained and never barks.
Price: (including power, water and unlimited fibre internet):
- One person: $230 per week
- Two persons: $330 per week
