Move-in Date: Mid-to-late June 2026.
Stay Duration: Long-term (6+ months preferred).
Location: Ideally looking for areas well-connected by public transport (trains or Link buses) to the Central Business District (CBD), or suburbs like Mt Eden, Newmarket, or surrounding areas.
Budget: Around 200 - 230 NZD per week (ideally including expenses, but flexible).
Room: Furnished bedroom with a comfortable desk/workspace for studying.
