Hi! My name is Benjamín, I’m 20 years old and I’m from Chile . I’m moving to Christchurch on a Working Holiday visa and I’ll be arriving in early April. I’m looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly place to live.
I’m a very responsible, respectful and tidy person. I’ve lived with my family and also shared spaces before, so I understand the importance of keeping common areas clean and being considerate with noise and privacy.
I don’t smoke, I don’t party at home, and I live a healthy lifestyle. I work out regularly and I’m focused on work and personal goals. I’m easygoing, friendly and open-minded, but I also respect personal space.
I’m looking for a long-term room if possible, ideally in a quiet and safe area. I’m happy to help around the house and contribute to a positive and relaxed home environment.
