I have one double bedroom available for rent in Sockburn.

Rent is $140 + expenses(Power & Internet). Bills shared equally. 2 weeks bond in advance. Currently 3 full time international students living in the house.

Bedrooms are fully furnished. Our ideal flatmate would be a full-time student or worker, non smoker. Unfortunately no pets or couples.
