Room description
Hi everyone, I am looking for a girl to take over my room for the rest of the year! It is a large room and includes amenities such as a tv, full length mirror, ensuite, heat pump, fridge, counter top, large desk space bed base and an amazing wardrobe. This room gets lots of light and is definitely one of the best rooms in the house!
I am also looking to sell furniture with the room. Available are a queen sized mattress, 2 bed side tables, desk chair, set of draws, 2 over door hangers and a shower caddy. Happy to discuss this.
The existing six flatmates, all girls, are definitely awesome people as well, they love to have a great time but also enjoy there quite time, they are very friendly and chatty as well! This room will be $260 a week and is located on Pitt Street, North Dunedin.
