I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share a warm, bright, and welcoming unit that gets beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day, and feels cosy year-round. It’s a really comfortable place to come home to.
The room has a good-sized double room and comes with a bed supplied (if wanted). With double-glazed windows, thermal curtains, and neutral decor, the space stays warm, dry, and light-filled, while still giving you plenty of room to make it your own.
One of the best parts of living here is the sea views, which add a calm, open feel to the space. The unit is in a quiet area with great neighbours, street parking available, and it’s only a short walk into town. It’s part of a small, well-kept complex of six units that’s currently getting a fresh external makeover with new paint and updates.
You’d be sharing the unit with a tidy, easygoing flatmate, and I’m ideally looking for a working professional or a student who’s respectful, responsible, and keen to settle into a long-term home.
Rent is $270 per week, plus expenses (negotiable), with a bond of $1080.
