Once this is all done and Leanne from Rental 4 U Ltd has processed your application form and has been accepted, you'll be required to pay 4 weeks rent as a bond which is $520 and 1 week's rent which is $130

(= $650).

From here, you'll be ready to move into your new flat!

Also as a cool incentive, 24B Hogan St is currently for sale by Harcourts Real Estate (nothing to worry about, just a landlord change). If you manage to acquire this room before the house is sold, the landlord will give all tenants living at the premises one weeks worth of free rent ($130 saved!).
