I have a property that I am renting it is a 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom and Toilet. Double garage at the back of property, massive backyard and plenty of parking. Gardens and lawns maintained by landlord. If you have others that you would like to rent with I am looking for 2 or 3 tenants. The rent is $595 per week and the lease is until February 2027. If not I have 2 bedrooms available to rent at $210, $350 per week for.a couple a week price doesnt include power or internet. Close to transport, suitable for student or professionals, I have 2 kittens so must like cats. 3 weeks rent upfront. Unfurnised rooms. Need someone asap
