Hey there 😀
We are looking for a female flatmate to share with two others in our townhouse in the lovely gated community, ''The Sanctuary' in Huntington, HAMILTON
Its a safe peaceful environment that has swimming pools (a hot pool as well), a gym, games room and more available for tenants and homeowners.
*The bedroom thats available has a single bed in it now, but will fit a double.
*You will share the bathroom with one other.
*The house is furnished with two fridges, washer/dryer, heat pump, dishwasher, storage in the garage and all the usual furniture. *Bedroom is unfurnished unless you'd like a rickity single bed 😀.
You'll be sharing with two welcoming and friendly ladies, one who is studying and one working full time. We are looking for a female flatmate with similar dispositions and work/study situation
$225 per week includes all utilities and cleaning products.
Move in costs $675 -
Bond - $450 + one weeks rent in advance.
The room is available 1st June.
