Looking for a cozy double room with plenty of space? This unfurnished room comes with a double wardrobe and is just a quick 2-minute drive to Chartwell Mall — super convenient for everything you need!
You’ll be sharing the home with 3 flatmates (2 guys, 1 girl), all aged 24-30 and working full time. We’re a quiet, respectful bunch who enjoy a peaceful vibe — definitely not a party house!

Double room with double wardrobe
Shared bathroom with 2 others
Rent: $210 inclusive per week (rent is $182 and utilities split come to about $220 during peak winter)
Move-in date: 17th October
Move-in costs: 1 week rent in advance + bond $799
