🏡 Couple Wanted – Move In Early July 🏡
We’re looking for a couple to join our home from early July.
The available room is a large upstairs double room with a wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom. It’s the second-largest bedroom in the house, is double glazed, and gets fantastic afternoon sun.
The house is a modern 3-bedroom home. We like to keep the third downstairs bedroom as a spare room/workspace, so the house feels spacious and comfortable. There’s also a small deck, garage, and both on- and off-street parking available.
Each bedroom has its own heat pump, with additional heat pumps in the lounge and garage.
We’re ideally looking for working professionals in their late 20s to early 30s who are tidy, respectful, and easy-going. We enjoy being social and having a chat or shared meal from time to time, but we also value personal space and a relaxed home environment.
💰 Rent: Room is $320
We split the rent based on the number of people living in the house rather than by room. As we’re ideally looking for a couple, the room is priced at $160 per person. If a single person was to take the room, they would cover the full cost allocated to the room.
Bond: 4weeks rent
💡 Utilities: $25 per person, per week (power + internet)
