I’m a responsible, easygoing, and respectful person who will be joining the University of Waikato for my Master’s degree. I value cleanliness and keep shared spaces tidy. I’m considerate of others’ routines and believe good communication helps create a comfortable living environment.
How I spend my time
I like to keep a balanced routine between preparation for university, personal development, and relaxation. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going for walks, listening to podcasts, and exploring new places. I’m not a party person and prefer a calm, quiet lifestyle.
What I’m looking for in a flat
I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained flat with respectful flatmates. A friendly household where everyone values privacy, cleanliness, and shared responsibilities would be ideal. I’m hoping for a long-term place, preferably close to the university or with good public transport access.
