I'm looking for a friendly, easy going female flatmate (30s to 40s) to share my warm and cosy, sunny 2 bedroom house in Hamilton East.
The double room has a built in double wardrobe, it gets the morning sun and has a nice green outlook. Plenty of safe off-street parking available. Walking distance to Waikato Uni, shops, cafes, supermarkets, town and the Hamilton Gardens.
No couples, smokers or dogs sorry, but a cat would be ok.
