Room description
I’m looking for a flatmate to fill an unfurnished double room, that features a double wardrobe, fan, and heater, in Huntington, Hamilton! The room looks out into the property’s back garden. It has fitted a desk, a queen bed, and a set of drawers for past tenants. There is a toilet right nextdoor (which is that tenant’s private toilet), and shared bathroom upstairs which you would share with my flatmate.
This double-story townhouse is fully furnished, features double glazed windows and heat pump, as well as a great outdoor space. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city, with driveway and off-street parking. I am looking for a late-20 to late-30 year old, who is respectful, honest, clean and tidy, and pays rent on time.
Other flatmates are myself (a female in her late 20’s) and my mate (a male in his early 40’s). We are friendly and like to have a yarn and go to pub quizzes together, but also like having our own spaces ☺️
Rent is $210. Additional costs will include a bond equivalent to four weeks rent, as well as costs for power, gas, and internet (around $100 to $130 a month per person).
Nearby amenities are the Rototuna and St James shopping centres, Rototuna Village, and Horsham Village. House is in a cul-de-sac off Borman Road, which has recently been fully connected to allow easy travel between Huntington, Flagstaff, and neighbouring outer Hamilton suburbs.
