Hi! I’m a friendly, respectful and tidy female student looking for a room in Hamilton from February 2027, as I’ll be starting my studies at Wintec. I’m preferably looking for a private room in a clean and peaceful home, ideally with an Indian/Punjabi family. I would love to live in a welcoming family environment. My budget is around $200–$300 per week, preferably including utilities. I’d ideally like somewhere with convenient access to Wintec and the local gurdwara.
