The house:
- Located in Onekawa, Napier
- Off-street parking available
- Large kitchen and lounge area with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing
- Sheltered porch and a large grassy area out back, perfect for unwinding outdoors
Available rooms:
- $200 room – Large, comes with a queen bed, has a small wardrobe and storage area, and gets all-day sun
- $180 room – Smaller but fits a double bed, has a large wardrobe and storage area
Looking for:
- Like-minded flatmates around 22-30 years old, who enjoy good chats and occasional activities
- Must work full-time (or be a full-time student)
- No smokers or heavy drinkers
- No dogs, but other pets negotiable
