Room description
Looking for someone to rent out the other room in my flat.
It's a 2 bedroom house with a shared bathroom. The room is big enough to comfortable fit a queen and few other things, there is a closet with shelving aswell.
There's a laundry machine for washing and a big open living space.
It includes a spacious kitchen, dining and living room combined that opens up to a deck out the front. With plenty of parking that can fit up to 4 cars.
A small vege/berry garden is out the back for anyone interested and the property is only a short walk from the beach and pub/four square.
I'm a full time working woman and I spend a lot of weekends outdoors. I preferably want someone who every now and then will have a chat, but also alright with having space to themselves. I don't mind holding a gathering every now and then since the place is perfect for it!
