We have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom home for 6 month , 15 drive to richmond , near mapua , would suit student , working person , rent $250single /$300 couple / week , fully furnished , includes power , water , linens ,towels , toilet paper , cleaning and laundry products , except food and personal toiletries .Common areas cleaned by owner , plenty parking available , flatmates have own shared lounge,TV and shared bathroom and half bath . House is located on a large ,rural ,quiet property with land . We have one female cat and no more pets,smoking and vaping outside OK .
