Room description
Large sunny house, at the base of the Grampians, looking to fill two rooms to replace outgoing flatmates.
- 10 Min walk to hospital
- 5 min drive to town/supermarkets (30 min walk)
- 5 min walk to bus stop
Current flatmates are two girls in their mid twenties. Both working full time, with commitments beyond work. Social household where we like to do things together, but also respectful of shared spaces and the space of others. Looking for someone of a similar nature to add something to the house!!
One friendly cat living at the property - not looking for any other pets at this stage sorry!
Large kitchen/dining/living space which is fully furnished - just bring what you need to setup your bedroom (some furniture available if required).
Lots of outside space to enjoy the sun!
Room 1: Master Bedroom - large space, comfortably able to fit a queen bed, desk and other furniture. Built in wardrobe and large window. $210 a week, Available 16 April.
Room 2: Corner Window - large corner window (best view in the house), built in wardrobe. $200 a week, Available now.
