Am I chill guy who likes fitness food and gaming and work full time I also have my son with me every second weekend.

Mainly keep to myself but always happy to chat and always available if something needs doing always willing to help.

Prefer a relaxed vibe and quiet tenants who have no issue paying on time on a weekly basis.

3 rooms in varying sizes are available. With the small going for 220pw middle size 250pw larger master room with double robe 280pw this will also cover wifi and power. Must buy own food only.

Security deposit required to cover unpaid rent and damages that maybe made.
