We're looking for one female flatmate to join our friendly and tidy home, as one of our current flatmates is moving out.

👨👩 A Chinese couple (I'm a male PhD student, and my partner is studying English)
We're a friendly, respectful, and considerate household that enjoys a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is mindful of each other's routines, and we generally keep to ourselves. Occasionally, we'll cook, chat, or watch TV together in the shared areas, but the house is usually quiet by 11:00 pm (often earlier) on weekdays.
