Room description
The room get awesome sun, you can fit a queen size bed, small desk if studying and draws. The rent covers: room, power, gas, unlimited internet, lawns and rubbish. Food is not included. This isn't a party house no drugs or vaping, smoking, social drinking fine. You'd be close to dairy, park, supermarket, bus stop if needed. It's a good place to come home to after a hectic work day and just chill! I have a new ish bathroom, the shower is amazing if I do say. 🙂
